New Music 11/10/23: South of France & CRL CRRLL - Leave Me Later (CRL CRRLL Remix)

South of France is back with CRL CRRL to bring you plenty of dance pop bounce and a whole lot of their trademark groove and slap in this soundscape-y house remix from CRL CRRL. “Leave Me Later” will be released via Staycation records on November 10th, and features a playful deep house and dance pop transformation of the original dream pop track, and the collaboration results in a low-key, blissed-out indie dance track that's loaded with infectious groove, hooky melodies, and layers of detailed production.

Written produced and performed by Jeff Cormack and long-time friend/co-creator Carl Carrell (Crl Crrll), Leave Me Later is part of South of France's upcoming album, My Spirit Animal, My Baggage. The album is part solo effort and part collaborative and will feature a lengthy collection of songs by Jeff and and his collaborators Greg Laut (Little Trips), Carl Carrell (Crl Crrll) and many others TBA.

From his hometown of Denver, South of France’s frontman Jeff Cormack has been building his own brand of dreamy international pop throughout the years upon dropping his first single in 2015. With songs featured in tv shows Bojack Horseman & Shameless and premier features and performances for publications such as American Songwriter, NPR, Rolling Stone and many others, it’s easy to see why South of France has been gaining buzz & opening for bands Portugal The Man, Young The Giant, Flaming Lips, Michigander, Tennis, Zella Day & many others.
